Namrata (Nam) Hegde is a food stylist, recipe developer and writer based in New York City.
Originally from Bangalore, India, Nam has gained culinary expertise from all around the world, having worked in Dubai, Copenhagen, Berlin and Auckland.
With over 10 years of experience in the culinary realm ranging from hustling in high-profile Michelin kitchens to working at the Today Show as a food stylist, to developing and testing recipes for multiple publications such as Food52, Today Food, Serious Eats and Delish, she has a myriad of tools under her belt. Nam has been privy to food from many different cultures as well as worked with the best of the best.
Now, Nam collaborates with photographers, chefs and creatives to create stunning projects in editorial, cookbook and advertising photography and videography.
